During sales or holidays, processing time may be slightly longer.

Shipping times depend on your location:
- UAE: 2–5 business days
- International Orders: 7–15 business days (may vary based on country)
Note: Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping promotions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show updates.
5. Incorrect Address
Please make sure your address is correct.
Lizaru is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to:
- Wrong address
- Missing apartment/house number
- Incorrect phone number
If a package returns to us because of an incorrect address, re-shipping fees will apply.
6. Lost / Delayed Packages
We do our best to ensure safe delivery.
However, delivery delays can happen due to customs, weather, or courier issues.
If your package is delayed or lost, contact us and we will assist you.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders Only)
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs fees
- Import taxes
- Any additional charges by your country
These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns if:
- The item is unused
- The item is in original packaging
- Tags/labels are intact
- Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged items
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance sale or discounted items
- Hygiene-sensitive products (example: skincare, beauty items, personal care)
3. Return Process
To start a return:

- Provide your order number & reason for return
- Our team will guide you through the steps
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4. Damaged / Wrong Product Received
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- Wrong product
- Missing item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures/videos.
We will replace the item free of cost.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Exchange Policy
If you want to exchange:
- Product must be unused & in original condition
- Exchange request must be made within 7 days
Customer pays the return shipping fee unless the product was sent incorrectly.
7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
